Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance client experience across onboarding renewals and claims.
Audit current sales service and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and deploy automation systems using AI tools CRM platforms and workflow automation software.
Improve claims experience through proactive communication and streamlined internal processes.
Support producers with AI tools for prospecting meeting preparation and client follow-up.
Train and coach team members on new tools and ensure adoption across the organization.
Develop SOPs workflows and internal playbooks to support consistency and scalability.
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

3 8 years of experience in operations consulting systems design or a related field.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier Make or Power Automate.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
Strong systems thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in insurance or a high-touch service environment.
Experience building workflows or systems from the ground up.
Background in revenue or business operations.
