Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance client experience across onboarding renewals and claims.
- Audit current sales service and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and deploy automation systems using AI tools CRM platforms and workflow automation software.
- Improve claims experience through proactive communication and streamlined internal processes.
- Support producers with AI tools for prospecting meeting preparation and client follow-up.
- Train and coach team members on new tools and ensure adoption across the organization.
- Develop SOPs workflows and internal playbooks to support consistency and scalability.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 8 years of experience in operations consulting systems design or a related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier Make or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance or a high-touch service environment.
- Experience building workflows or systems from the ground up.
- Background in revenue or business operations.
