Job Title: Bulk Plant Operator

Location: Horseheads NY 14845

Duration: 11 months (possible extension)

Payrate: $18 $22 per hour on W2(based on experience)

Schedule: 15 days on 6 days off rotation

This role is mainly about loading unloading and preparing bulk materials used at job sites. (Warehouse)

Role Overview

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring safe efficient and reliable product and service delivery (PSD). This role involves managing bulk plant operations maintaining quality control standards and supporting logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to wellsites.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
Blend and mix bulk products according to job program specifications
Calculate and verify quantities of materials required prior to loading
Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure proper product loading
Coordinate movement of bulk materials with PSD and Logistics teams
Assist with monthly inventory counts and daily documentation for received and shipped goods
Label store and handle additives safely
Ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails
Perform daily equipment checks and maintain cleanliness of the bulk plant
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Adhere strictly to Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies including use of PPE
