Tekberry is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support customer operations for our client a global leader in medical device manufacturing specializing in enteral feeding and infusion pump technologies.
This role focuses on order processing customer communication and issue resolution in a structured fast-paced environment. The position plays a critical role in supporting hospitals and distributors by ensuring accurate order entry timely communication and effective coordination across internal teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding product support service requests and order status
Provide clear professional and timely communication to internal and external customers
Support warranty inquiries pricing disputes and general customer concerns
Order Processing & ERP Management
Enter customer orders and repair requests into ERP/order entry systems
Generate and send order confirmations while managing delivery expectations
Process replacement orders and coordinate returns including shipping labels
Issue Resolution & Escalation
Research and resolve customer issues escalating urgent or complex concerns as needed
Investigate disputes and ensure timely resolution aligned with company policies
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with sales customer service and operations teams to resolve issues
Support internal projects reporting and process improvements
Assist with workflow coordination and administrative support tasks
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in customer service order processing call center or administrative support preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP or order management systems
Background in medical logistics or service-based industries
Experience handling customer issues returns or warranty processes
Experience in documentation-heavy or process-driven roles
Work Environment
100% onsite during training period (minimum 6 months)
Potential for future flexibility based on performance (not guaranteed)
Structured team-based office environment supporting medical device operations
Standard weekday schedule with early start time
