JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Planner 4

PAY RATE: $57.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

• Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes and production planning

• Review build flows with engineering teams to ensure producibility

• Create and maintain work instructions

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to improve quality and efficiency

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (waste reduction cycle time performance)

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance (required post-start)

• 8 years of experience in manufacturing planning and production support

• Experience with CAD and manufacturing simulation tools

• Strong problem-solving communication and project management skills

• Ability to interpret and enforce:

  • Engineering drawings

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Work instructions and procedures

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
