Pay Rate: Starting at $34.80/hour (DOE flexible for strong candidates)
Schedule: Friday Sunday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (3x12 schedule)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) license to support a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repair
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Electrical systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Vacuum and lubrication systems
- Induction heating and pressure cleaning systems
- Install modify and overhaul machinery and equipment
- Perform equipment calibrations and maintain calibration records
Equipment & Tools
- Utilize a wide range of equipment including:
- Hand and power tools
- Welding equipment
- Forklifts and hoists
- Multimeters and calibration tools
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- May assist with hazardous materials handling and spill response
Team Support
- Train and support less experienced maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with production and other departments
- Support off-shift or special maintenance projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) License REQUIRED
- Minimum 4 years of journey-level maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Blueprints
- Technical manuals
- Work orders and schematics
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade school or apprenticeship training
- Experience in aerospace or heavy manufacturing environments
- Welding machining or fabrication experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Work Environment
- Industrial / manufacturing environment
- Exposure to:
- Noise heat and moving machinery
- Chemicals and hazardous materials
- Use of PPE and potential respirator use required
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to supply basic hand tools
- Must be able to pass:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Must meet ITAR / export compliance requirements
