Location: Ontario CA
Shift:
- Training on 1st Shift
- Transition to 2nd or 3rd Shift
Pay: $25.00 $35.00 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to machine aerospace components with tight tolerances. This role focuses on 3-axis and 4-axis milling working on large components used in aircraft engine systems.
This is a higher-precision role requiring strong setup experience and the ability to hold tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis / 4-axis)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform full setups including tooling offsets and fixturing
- Machine parts to tight tolerances:
- Up to .0005 (5 tenths)
- Work with materials such as:
- Stainless steel
- Aluminum
- Titanium
- Inconel / exotic alloys
- Perform in-process inspections and first article checks
- Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain quality
- Machine medium to large components (20 90)
- Work with engineering and inspection teams
- 3 years CNC milling experience (3-axis / 4-axis REQUIRED)
- Strong setup experience (Level III preferred)
- Ability to hold tight tolerances ( .0005)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding
- Experience machining aerospace metals
- Experience with large-part machining
- Experience with complex setups and fixturing
- Exposure to 5-axis (not required but a plus)
- Aerospace machining environment
- Tight tolerance precision-driven work
- Exposure to large parts and machinery
