Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (JEE JSF PrimeFaces Spring Oracle -15 plus years of experience)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Collaborate with TCEQ IRD and business users to gather requirements and rapidly develop design documents and SQL-driven screen prototypes
• Present prototypes to end users to demonstrate functionality usability and screen workflows; incorporate feedback and enhancements
• Convert approved prototypes into enterprise-grade applications using JBoss JEE PrimeFaces JSF EJB and Hibernate frameworks
• Develop and maintain applications supporting external authorization processes including issuance renewal and termination workflows
• Work on dual-system architecture enabling internal configuration and external user interaction for permit processing
• Integrate systems with external/internal platforms via web services Oracle databases and proxy technologies
• Produce detailed module specifications unit test plans and system/integration test documentation
• Implement solutions in complex environments using iterative development and prototype-user evaluation lifecycle
• Deliver progressively enhanced application versions accessible to external users for usability and functionality validation
• Ensure applications meet accessibility standards supporting users with disabilities and screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA
• Develop flowcharts system models and technical designs; implement enhancements based on reviews and testing feedback
• Build and maintain program modules aligned with TCEQ DIR and W3C standards and compliance requirements
• Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation including program specifications and operational guides
• Perform acceptance testing and implement fixes prior to production deployment
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across varying technical skill levels
• Develop and maintain scalable secure and high-performance enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java (1.6 1.8 or higher) Spring Framework HTML CSS JavaScript JSF and design patterns
• Proven experience in legacy system migration and modernization initiatives
• Strong experience in technical documentation solution design and development lifecycle processes
• Expertise in unit testing module testing and integration testing of enterprise applications
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in accessibility development and troubleshooting (WCAG compliance)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Security/Authentication
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles
• Prior experience in technical leadership or leading development teams
