Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Test Lead to support a large-scale Outage Management System (OMS) upgrade within a utilities environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in OMS/ADMS systems where the candidate will lead testing efforts while actively contributing to execution.

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

5 years of hands-on experience with OMS / ADMS systems

Strong experience in large complex utilities environments

Experience with GE ADMS (v3.11) preferred

Experience in Utilities domain (Electric/Grid/Outage systems)

Hands-on experience with:

OMS (Outage Management Systems)

ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven expertise in:

Test strategy & planning

Test case design & execution

Defect lifecycle management

Ability to work hands-on lead QA activities

Not a Fit

Generic QA profiles without utilities experience

Candidates without OMS / ADMS exposure

Profiles focused only on coordination (no hands-on testing)
