An Adobe Solutions Architect is a senior-level professional responsible for designing implementing and governing digital analytics solutions using Adobe tools. This role bridges business requirements marketing strategy and technical implementation to deliver actionable insights and scalable data architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end Adobe Analytics/CJA data collection solutions technical architecture and analysis workspace reporting
Define tracking strategies (XDM eVars props events data layers)
Create scalable data collection frameworks and tagging strategies
Work with a wide range of stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into techical specifications that dev team will implement
Work with a cross-functional team of developers testers and analysts to bring the solutions to life
Work with highly demenading business teams to implement new solutions like CJA RTCDP
Implementation & Tag Management
Implement and configure Adobe Analytics for web and mobile platforms
Manage tagging using Adobe Launch / Adobe Tags (JS is not required but a solid understanding of how tagging is done is mandatory)
Debug and validate analytics implementations using tools like Adobe Debugger
Data Layer & Integration
Design and maintain data layer strategies for sites powered by
Answer questions related to data layer concepts to client developers
Ensure seamless data flow across systems and channels
MarTech Strategy & Governance
Lead marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem architecture
Define governance standards and best practices
Evaluate and onboard new tools for personalization experimentation and automation
Reporting & Insights
Build dashboards and reports (Adobe Workspace)
Translate business needs into measurable KPIs
Provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with marketing product and engineering teams
Gather requirements and define measurement strategies
Provide technical guidance and training to teams
Should be able to talk in business language with clients and executives & should be able to connect with dev team in a technical language
