Job Description:
Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager with strong ServiceNow platform experience to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding portfolio management and stakeholder leadership.
Must-Have Skills
- 10 years in IT with strong portfolio/program management experience
- Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM CMDB)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture CI relationships and data governance
- Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value
- Strong understanding of IT operations (incident change problem management)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Ability to work as a client-side owner driving business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize ServiceNow and IT initiatives at portfolio level
- Drive platform strategy governance and roadmap planning
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and data governance practices
- Coordinate across technical teams stakeholders and leadership
- Track risks dependencies and portfolio performance
- Align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities
- ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with ITOM Discovery or integrations
- PMP or equivalent certification
