Position Overview:
The System Director of Case Management is responsible for planning directing organizing and overseeing the Case Management Department in alignment with organizational goals regulatory standards and healthcare system requirements. This role provides leadership for case management discharge planning and utilization review while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policies.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $88000 $122000 annually
(Additional benefits as per facility policy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee case management discharge planning and utilization review functions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and healthcare system standards
• Lead strategic planning policy development and departmental operations
• Monitor and improve departmental performance and outcomes
• Manage resources effectively and support staff development
• Provide leadership supervision and guidance to clinical and administrative teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Montana or upon acceptance)
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume case management program (hospital or clinic setting)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Nursing MBA or related field
• Advanced leadership experience in case management within a hospital setting

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office EMR systems and healthcare applications
