Job Summary

Provide OT services including evaluations/treatments and develop plans with our COTA at our Hospital District that includes the follows areas of service: Critical Access Hospital (acute IP and Swing Bed) Outpatient OT at our in-house therapy building home health therapy and LTCC.

Shift: Days with occasional Saturday.
