Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
Facility: Exeter Center Lebanon center Applewood rehab center Ridgewood center keene center
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 7 weeks 9 week contracts 13 week contracts based on location
Start Date: 04/06/2026
End Date: 05/18/2026
Compensation : $30/hr- $34/hr local
$36- $40/ hr traveler
Weekly -$1200.00/week - $1340.00/week for local
$1440.00/week - $1600.00/week for traveller
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
Accurately document care treatments and observations
Assist with admissions discharges and routine nursing procedures
Support resident safety comfort and daily care needs
Collaborate with RNs physicians and other healthcare staff
Follow facility policies infection control standards and safety guidelines
Requirements
Active LPN license
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Experience in long term care rehab or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work night shift and adapt to facility needs
Good communication and documentation skills
Reliable professional and team-oriented
