Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Subaru B-Tech Certified Technician to join our service this role you will perform high-quality maintenance diagnostics and repairs on Subaru vehicles ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership standards. This is an exciting opportunity for technicians who are passionate about Subaru and have a commitment to professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance diagnostics and repairs on Subaru vehicles including AWD systems Boxer engines and hybrid models.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using Subaru service manuals and OEM tools.
- Complete repairs efficiently while adhering to flat-rate time guidelines.
- Maintain shop safety and cleanliness following all dealership procedures.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and vehicle condition.
- Mentor junior technicians as needed and share knowledge with the team.
Primary Skills & Qualifications:
- B-Tech Certification in Subaru automotive service (required or in-progress).
- 1 10 years of experience working on Subaru vehicles (preferably in a dealership setting).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical mechanical and hybrid systems.
- Proficiency with Subaru OEM tools and service manuals.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all repairs.
