Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect
Location: Seattle WA/ onsite only

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to design and implement scalable field service solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture FSL configurations and integrations with a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end FSL solutions
- Define and configure:
- Scheduling policies
- Work rules
- Service territories
- Work types & service appointments
- Lead architecture design and technical strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP APIs third-party tools)
- Ensure system scalability performance and security
- Provide technical leadership to developers and admins
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize field service processes
- Support deployment release management and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud & FSL
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Deep understanding of:
- FSL Data Model
- Dispatcher Console
- Mobile App configuration
- Experience in integrations and middleware tools
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Field Service Consultant
- Application Architect / System Architect
- Platform Developer I/II
- Experience with:
- MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- CI/CD tools (Copado Jenkins etc.)
- Industry experience in Telecom Utilities or Healthcare
