Job Summary

Job Summary (QA Test Lead - OMS Upgrade Utilities Domain):
- Lead and execute QA testing activities for a large-scale Outage Management System (OMS) upgrade in a utilities environment.
- Apply over 5 years of hands-on experience with ADMS/OMS systems preferably GE ADMS (v3.11).
- Develop comprehensive test strategies plans and detailed test cases ensuring requirement traceability (RTM).
- Coordinate closely with development teams business analysts and product/business stakeholders throughout the QA lifecycle.
- Perform functional and regression testing manage defect lifecycle and retest as needed.
- Ensure test data readiness complete requirement coverage and maintain clear thorough documentation (including screenshots and logs).
- Track and report on risks downtime and testing progress using dashboards.
- Take a hands-on leadership approach balancing direct testing work with leading and guiding QA efforts.
