Job Title: Principal Consultant Transformation (Healthcare)
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level Principal Consultant to lead large-scale transformation programs for a healthcare environment. This role will drive enterprise initiatives across business operations and technology while partnering with executive stakeholders to improve operating models and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple enterprise programs/workstreams
- Drive transformation initiatives (CRM service delivery onboarding)
- Advise senior leadership on strategy execution and change management
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Influence PMO governance and best practices
Required Skills:
- 10 years in program management/consulting/transformation
- Strong healthcare payer experience (Behavioral Health PBM UM)
- Expertise in enterprise program delivery and stakeholder management
- Experience in change management and process improvement
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce/CRM transformation experience
- PMO leadership & portfolio governance
- Customer experience and operational excellence focus
