Job Summary

Job Title: Principal Consultant Transformation (Healthcare)
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level Principal Consultant to lead large-scale transformation programs for a healthcare environment. This role will drive enterprise initiatives across business operations and technology while partnering with executive stakeholders to improve operating models and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple enterprise programs/workstreams
Drive transformation initiatives (CRM service delivery onboarding)
Advise senior leadership on strategy execution and change management
Improve operational efficiency and productivity
Influence PMO governance and best practices

Required Skills:

10 years in program management/consulting/transformation
Strong healthcare payer experience (Behavioral Health PBM UM)
Expertise in enterprise program delivery and stakeholder management
Experience in change management and process improvement

Nice to Have:

Salesforce/CRM transformation experience
PMO leadership & portfolio governance
Customer experience and operational excellence focus
