Job Title : Lead Gravity Integration Specialist

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Experience in integration development backend engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Gravity Forms (WordPress ecosystem).
• Proficiency in REST APIs webhooks and JSON/XML data structures.
• Experience with PHP JavaScript and at least one backend language (e.g. Python or Java).
• Experience with enterprise WordPress architecture and plugin development.
• Experience integrating CRM systems such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Strong understanding of middleware and integration platforms (e.g. Zapier Make MuleSoft or similar).
• Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL PostgreSQL or similar).
• Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth2 API keys JWT).
• Lead the design and development of integrations using Gravity Forms and associated plugins APIs and middleware tools.
• Build and maintain secure scalable and high-performance integration solutions.
• Develop custom scripts webhooks and API endpoints to extend Gravity Forms functionality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Define integration standards best practices and documentation guidelines.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers or integration specialists.
• Monitor system performance and optimize workflows for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards (e.g. GDPR internal policies).
