As a Lounge attendant you will:
- Provide services to guests in the lounge from reception and concierge to food and beverage available in the serving times;
- Ensure the lounge is properly maintained cleaned and prepared to welcome guests at all times;
- Work with professional attitude and meeting hotel standards;
- Responds to the requests of all guests in the Lounge;
- Stocks and sets up all the self-service areas sets and clears tables assists with food service set-up.
- Provide guests with instructions and information about the hotel and local areas of interest.
- Be proactive always offering services beyond expectations;
- Make sure that the guests requests are solved and that they are satisfied with the services received;
- Respect JW Marriott standards in interacting with guests and maintain the confidentiality of information;
- Anticipate the needs of guests pay attention to the verbal and non-verbal cues offered by them actively seek any opportunity to create a memorable experience;
Our most successful Lounge attendant is someone who has:
- Very good conversational skills in English a second foreign language is an advantage;
- Passion for hospitality;
- Very good computer skills; knowledge of a hotel management system is an advantage (Opera);
- Customer orientation ability to solve problems and make decisions;
- Warm friendly personality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team spirit.
