Pricing Manager Atlanta, GA

The Pricing Manager for HBS Projects and Services will collaborate closely with the Project Estimation team ServiceteamMarketing Product Management Engineering Field Sales key business partners and senior leadership.

The primaryobjectiveis to maximize the profitability of the HBS business by strategicallyleveragingpricing mechanisms.

This role is accountable for developing and executing pricing strategies across both projects and services. Responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics and competitive positioning toestablishpricing for products contracts and large-scale projects.

The Pricing Manager will drive financial outcomes byutilizingadvanced marketing tools and frameworks enforce discount controls on major projects and service contract renewals andprovidecompetitive insights to inform pricing decisions. Additionally the role requires building comprehensive knowledge of HBS product features and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead value management and value-based pricing initiatives
• Provideexpertisein pricing for both services and large projects
• Define andmonitorthe market and competitive landscape
• Maintain and update product mappingsrelativeto competitors
• Formulate and implement pricing strategies
• Oversee program and project management related to pricing initiatives
• Drive strong financial performance and results
• Manage transactional pricing processes
• Conduct thorough market research
• Develop andmaintainpricing databases
• Create analytical toolkits to support bids and service renewals
• Support decoupled growth strategies for business expansion

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing or related field
• Pricing Software experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
