Job Summary
Job Title: LPN/LVN
Location: Montour Falls NY 14865
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Shift: Evening
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering quality care and supporting patients in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Support implementation of patient care plans
- Ensure a safe clean and supportive care environment
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience
