Job Summary
University Home Care is currently seeking a dedicated RN for our Home Care services in Clinton Township MI. As an RN Home Care you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Prior experience in home care or a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
