Job Summary

  • High school diploma and two years of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work. Court experience preferred.

TheCourt Liaisonposition guided by the Department of Corrections (DOC) mission performs routine and non-routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence scheduling appointments organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and providing information to courts in four counties.

  • This position will spend 4 days at Law and Motion per week.

  • The incumbent will complete verification of commitment paperwork Notification of Placement Warrants and review weekly jail roster coordinating with supervisors and jail staff.

  • The incumbent will be responsible to answer questions from court personnel provide paperwork to offenders document court case related information and assign Pre-Sentence Investigations for new and incoming cases.
