Job Overview
Are you a motivated person who values quality assurance and software development At BlackRock we present a remarkable opportunity to become part of a lively highly committed team focused on delivering world-class solutions. As a Quality Engineer you will have an important responsibility inmaintainingthe top quality and dependability of our software products.
You willbe responsible forperforming comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) activities including end-to-end testing. Your duties will range from analyzing project requirements to thoroughlytestingtasks ensuring effective automation integration within CI/CD pipelines and successful software releases.
Responsibilities
Develop refine andvalidateTest Cases that meet User Story acceptance criteria.
Coordinate testing activities across both Business and QA teams.
Collaborate closely with software engineers including developers and fellow QAs.
Complete manual and automated testing processes crafting TypeScript scripts for TeamCity pipeline inclusion.
Apply Playwright TypeScript and Cucumber for test automation.
Conduct API testing and work proactively with the development team fromearly stages.
Apply knowledge of AI anddemonstrateinterest in AI implementation within QA processes.
Perform basic performance and load testing using JMeter.
Ensure all software releases both legacy and new developments align with detailed business expectations.
Qualifications
Proficiencyin TypeScript Playwright TeamCity (4 to 7 years of experience).
Experience with SQL queries MongoDB Snowflake AWS and related technologies.
Demonstrated passion foridentifyingand resolving software issues.
Solid understanding of API development and testing methodologies.
Ability to excel in a dynamic environment adjust to shifting demands and consistently grow.
