What Youll Be Doing
- Safely operate and navigate company vessels in accordance with regulations
- Perform routine vessel inspections and coordinate basic maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with crew dispatch and shore personnel
- Ensure safe transport of materials while maintaining operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for vessel operations

- Demonstrated ability to operate marine vessels safely and confidently
- Strong situational awareness and sound judgment in varying conditions
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Ability to collaborate with crew members and communicate clearly
- Capability to perform basic mechanical or operational troubleshooting
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
