Position Summary

As an Automotive Service Technician you will use your technical skills and customer service expertise to diagnose maintain and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will help ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues accurately using modern tools and technology.
• Deliver safe and reliable vehicle servicing addressing all original customer concerns before suggesting additional repairs.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs in line with factory and local recommendations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous communication toward all customers.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Report to work on time in clean uniform ready to contribute as part of the service team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Service Manager Assistant Service Manager or Group Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience with warranty and non-warranty vehicle inspections diagnostics maintenance and repair on multiple makes and models.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive high-energy attitude.
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to read understand and follow instructions accurately.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred.
