Public Area Attendant

As a Public Area Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square youll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of all guest-facing spaces throughout the day. With an eye for detail and a commitment to luxury hospitality youll ensure every area of the hotel reflects Nobus crafted standards - creating a welcoming elegant environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

You will

• Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest luxury standards
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and polishing
• Conduct regular spot checks to ensure consistency quality and readiness at all times
• Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to the Head Housekeeper
• Support guest enquiries with warmth attentiveness and genuine hospitality
• Assist new team members providing guidance and fostering a welcoming team culture
• Uphold health and safety standards ensuring safe and compliant work practices
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively across departments building strong internal relationships
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised touches that reflect Nobus crafted approach
• Demonstrate a proactive positive attitude and commitment to excellence
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family Crafted Smile and Kokoro
• Perform any additional tasks required to support smooth hotel operations
