Your Responsibilities:

• Suggest and document process improvements:Review current sourcing and purchasing practices compare them to existing process descriptions identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose pragmatic improvements. Support the documentation of changes in a clear and structured way (for example process maps work instructions guidelines).

• Create reports and dashboards:Prepare meaningful analyses reports and presentations (for example spend analyses KPIs savings tracking) to support decisionmaking and continuous performance monitoring. Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards in our reporting tools.

• Support standardization and governance:Help maintain and improve sourcing standards templates and documentation ensuring data consistency and transparency across categories and regions.

• Improve data quality and analytics:Assist in collecting cleaning and structuring data from various internal systems (for example ERP and procurement tools) and perform basic data validation to increase the reliability of our reports.

• Collaborate across functions:Work with stakeholders from sourcing purchasing finance and operations to understand their information needs and translate them into clear actionable analytics.

Your Profile:

• You arecurrently enrolledas a student (m/f/d) in business administration industrial engineering supply chain management data analytics economics or a comparable field.

• You bring basic experience withdata analysis and reporting have good knowledge ofMS Excel and ideally first experience withPower BI Tableau or similar BI tools.

• You have a strong interest inprocurement sourcing or supply chaintopics; initial practical experience from internships student jobs or projects is a plus.

• You work in astructured reliable and detailorientedmanner and are motivated to learn and take initiative.

• You have very goodEnglish and Germanskills (written and spoken)
