Experienced BMW Technician

Chapman BMW Camelback is hiring a BMW Service Technician to join our team! Were looking for a highly skilled detail-oriented technician with strong BMW experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to quality accuracy and teamwork.

In this role you will perform diagnostics maintenance and complex repairs on BMW vehicles ensuring optimal performance safety and reliability. This is an opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic employee-focused dealership.

Full-time position Up to $45 per flag hour (DOE & certifications)

*$5000 signing bonus paid out over 24 months (BMW Certified Level Technician or higher required)

What Youll Do

Test diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and A/C
Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to Service Advisors
Accurately document inspection findings service recommendations and completed work
Complete repairs as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards
Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Ensure all work meets BMW quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of BMW technician experience (required)
BMW Certified Level Technician or higher (required for signing bonus eligibility)
ASE certifications preferred
Strong diagnostic mechanical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals

Schedule & Work Environment

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays
Onsite role at Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix
Climate-controlled state-of-the-art workshop
Fast-paced collaborative team environment
