Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple project teams and drive overall performance across a portfolio of commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for financial results operational consistency team development and client relationships.

You will serve as a key leader bridging executive leadership and project teamsensuring projects are delivered successfully while helping scale the organization.

• Provide leadership and oversight of Project Managers Superintendents and teams
• Drive project profitability forecasting and risk management across multiple projects
• Ensure consistent execution of schedules cost controls and company processes
• Mentor and develop PMs and future leaders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; support project pursuits and repeat business
• Partner with preconstruction on project strategy budgets and planning
• Champion safety quality and operational excellence across all teams

What Were Looking For

• 10 years in commercial construction
• Proven experience leading multiple large-scale projects or teams
• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership
• Ability to develop teams and drive accountability
• Client-focused with strong communication and leadership skills

• Salary: Starting at $150000 based on experience
