Job Title: Sales Representative Print Merch & Apparel
Classification: Full-Time Exempt
Reports to: VP of Sales
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Location: In-Office (no remote) 5000 N Basin Ave. Portland OR 97217
Compensation: Open to discuss options DOE such as
- Commission-based with high earning potential (dependent on performance)
- Potential book of business
- Salary compensation

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Prospect pitch and win mid-market and enterprise clients
- Sell integrated solutions across print merch and apparel
- Develop programs including kitting fulfillment and online stores
- Turn one-off projects into long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality profitable work
- Own your pipeline forecasting and revenue goals

Minimum Experience and Education Required:
- 5 years of sales experience in print merch apparelor a combination
- Proven ability to win and grow accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Consultative selling mindset
- Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM
- Highly motivated competitive and self-driven
Candidates with experience in only print or only merch/apparel are encouraged to applywe will support expansion across the full offering.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment with frequent collaboration across sales creative sourcing and production teams. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones and photocopiers.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit; walk; use hands and fingers handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and push carts.
