Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning design and construction services for industrial water and wastewater projects.
- Manage project scope schedule budget and quality across multiple disciplines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both established and new clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for services.
- Mentor and develop a team of talented engineering professionals.
- Ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum15 years of experiencein process engineering and consulting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep technical knowledge of advanced treatment processes and facility design.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with and garner support from key stakeholders and staff.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical reports and procedures and governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and other business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the public.
Technical Responsibilities
Develops standards and guidelines.
Leads a program in the organization in their area of specialization.
Develops appropriate design alternatives for complex engineering projects that consider realistic requirements constraints community input permitting and other regulatory constraints.
Integrates advanced concepts including sustainability to solve complex problems.
Project and Task Management
Oversees technical legal and financial issues of an entire program.
Recommends facilities personnel and funds to carry out programs.
Integrates these components into a complete project management plan for a complex engineering project.
Implements effective teamwork leadership and justice equity diversity and inclusion principles into solutions for engineering problems.
Determines program objectives and requirements.
Develops organizational policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Management Supervision and Guidance
Supervises a major organizational segment or several teams.
Receives administrative supervision with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
Implements staff development plans within their organizational segment including technical management and leadership skills.
