Job Summary
We are hiring motivated students for our Technology Rotational Program. The program will introduce new graduates to Quest Diagnostics through a challenging and rewarding experience which offers them the opportunity to rotate through three business areas 8 months each over a two-year period. The aim is to use this program as a pathway to placement in one of the business areas mentioned.
Quests Technology Rotational Program is open to students who have graduated college within the last year from an undergraduate or masters program.
It is preferred that these positions are based in our Secaucus NJ Headquarters on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in office per week). This will allow the rotational candidate to collaborate with other IT colleagues and peers. We are open to candidates in other Quest locations based on business needs.

Responsibilities
Complete assigned work in selected rotational area for 8 months prior to moving to 2nd and 3rd rotations
Report out to Senior Technology Leadership Team
Provide mentorship and guidance to incoming intern and rotational cohorts
Qualifications
Knowledge:
- Information technology course experience and fundamental understanding of technologies.
- Fundamental understanding of technologies such as cloud AI and networking.
Skills:
- Highly collaborative motivated and possesses strong organizational skills.
- Solid analytical & problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable making verbal and written presentations to senior management.
Education
- Some College Courses Completed final year of college (Undergraduate or Masters program) with a major in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or other analytical/technical area outlined in opportunities below. (Preferred)
