About the Role

Eldercares Optimal Care program delivers a premium standard of aged care services. These enhanced services include clinical lifestyle technology food and dining options.

As the Resident Services Coordinator you will be the driving force behind the promotion and administration of this program. Your role is essential in ensuring residents and their families clearly understand the benefits and inclusions of Optimal Care as well as the associated fees. Reporting to the General Manager Finance youll work closely with Resident Admissions Coordinators and the project team in establishing this new service.

Beyond resident engagement youll be a key support for site staff - addressing questions concerns and complaints while delivering up-to-date training to ensure consistent service delivery. Youll also maintain accurate records monitor operational metrics and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the program its inclusions and the overall resident experience.

This is a dynamic and impactful role that blends advocacy education and operational oversightmaking a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians and the teams who care for them.

What You Will Bring

You are a confident and compassionate communicator with a proven track record in sales community engagement or relationship management. You know how to build genuine rapport listen deeply and connect with people from all walks of life - especially when the conversation requires sensitivity trust and clarity.

Most importantly you believe in what youre offering. You understand the value of Eldercares Optimal Care program and can articulate its benefits with warmth and conviction even to those who may be hesitant. Youre not just selling a service - youre advocating for a better quality of life.

To thrive in this role you will bring:

  • A strong background in sales community engagement or relationship management

  • Experience with client record systems and report writing

  • Excellent interpersonal time management and administrative skills

  • Current drivers licence and a willingness to travel across metropolitan and regional areas as needed.
