Position: HVAC Applied Chiller Technician Department: Service

Status: Hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Competitive based on experience Comprehensive Benefits

Reports to: Service Supervisor Operations Manager VP of Service

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot repair and overhaul chillers pumps and cooling towers.
  • Support HVAC service needs for commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers and facility representatives.
  • Perform routine maintenance on chillers towers pumps and airhandling equipment.
  • Use advanced tools technologies and engineering specifications to diagnose issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately identifying and resolving equipment problems.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
  • 5-10 years of HVAC facility maintenance experience .
  • EPA Universal CFC certification (required).
  • UA Journeyman card is a plus.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules manuals and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with BAS systems and energy management controls.
  • Knowledge of centrifugal chillers and broad HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • Strong organization and timemanagement skills.
  • Valid U.S. drivers license with ability to operate a company vehicle.
Physical Requirements This role requires regular standing walking climbing kneeling and lifting equipment up to 75 lbs. Vision abilities must include close distance color and depth perception.
