As a Control & Safety Systems Engineer you will design implement and optimize industrial automation and safety systems that ensure reliable compliant and efficient operations for our customers. You will play a key role across the full project lifecyclefrom concept and design through to commissioning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Design & Solution Delivery

• Design and develop control and safety system solutions (e.g. DCS SIS PLC) based on customer requirements and industry standards
• Perform feasibility studies simulations and testing to validate design concepts
• Translate technical and business requirements into robust engineering specifications
  

Implementation & Commissioning

• Configure test and deploy control and safety systems at customer sites
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Ensure systems are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards

Standards Compliance & Safety

• Apply and contribute to engineering standards specifications and best practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. functional safety IEC standards)
• Conduct inspections and assessments to verify system integrity and safety

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Execute tasks within project plans timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers during project delivery

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes tools and methodologies
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and digital/automation advancements
• Support knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across teams

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare clear and accurate technical documentation reports and specifications
• Maintain project documentation in line with quality and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IEC 61508 / 61511) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
