Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for a skilledDynamics 365 Developerwith strong technical expertise across bothonline and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customization integration and development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implementDynamics 365 CRM solutions including customization and configuration
• Develop and managesecurity models roles and standard (OOB) configurations
• Build and maintainworkflows business rules plugins and form customizations
• Handle end-to-end development lifecycle includinganalysis development testing and deployment
• Perform integrations with external systems usingREST APIs OData middleware tools (e.g. KingswaySoft) and SSIS packages
• Develop and maintain backend components usingC# .NET JavaScript and MS SQL
• UtilizeAzure services (Functions Service Bus)and Power Platform tools for system integrations
• Support reporting and data solutions usingSSRS and SQL Server technologies
• Contribute toDevOps setup CI/CD pipelines and release managementfor CRM applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring optimal performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 810 years of experiencein Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development
• Strong experience withDynamics 365 (online and on-premise versions)
• Hands-on expertise inC# .NET JavaScript MS SQL CRM SDK and developer toolkit
• Experience inworkflows plugins business rules and CRM administration
• Solid understanding ofsecurity model design and system configurations
• Experience withCRM integrations using APIs middleware and Azure services
• Exposure toSSRS/SSIS development and SQL Server components
• Experience working withPower Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver solution-oriented outcomes

• Experience withPower Apps Portals
• Exposure toUnified Service Desk (USD)customization and deployment
• Experience migrating configurations across environments
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 certifications (Sales / Service / Customization)
