Shift Supervisor / Technical Leader TN (Memphis)

Prismecs is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor / Technical Leader for a power generation project in Memphis TN.
Only candidates currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship will be considered.
This role is responsible for leading site operations resolving technical issues and ensuring safe reliable and efficient plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities across the site
Lead troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
Coordinate with Control Room and Field teams
Ensure compliance with HSE PTW and operational procedures
Provide daily operational reports and updates
Support shift handovers and ensure continuity between teams
Requirements
Requirements
Required:
15 years of experience in power plant O&M
Strong experience with TM2500 / LM2500 / LM6000 turbines
Proven leadership in operations or maintenance teams
Strong troubleshooting and technical decision-making skills
Experience managing shift-based teams
Preferred:
Experience in mobile or temporary power projects
U.S. project experience
