Overview
Prismecs is seeking a skilled Control Room Panelist (CRO) to monitor and operate gas turbine power generation systems through centralized control systems at a project site in Memphis TN.
Only candidates currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship will be considered.
This role is responsible for real-time monitoring of plant operations alarm management and coordination with field teams to ensure safe and efficient performance.

Requirements Required: 5 years of power plant operations experience Experience working in a control room environment (CRO / Panel Operator) Hands-on experience with SCADA / HMI systems Experience with gas turbines (TM2500 / LM2500 / LM6000 or similar) Strong communication and situational awareness skills Preferred: Experience in mobile or temporary power plants Experience working in shift-based operations U.S.-based project experience
