QA Tester

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated QA Testers to join our Quality Engineering (QE) Services team. The ideal candidates will have a foundational understanding of software testing processes and a strong ability to design execute and document test cases. This role is critical to ensuring product quality through effective validation and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and execute test cases and test scenarios
  
• Perform functional regression and smoke/sanity testing
  
• Identify log and track defects through the bug lifecycle
  
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
  
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and STLC processes
  
• Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies where applicable
  
• Continuously improve testing processes and coverage
  

Requirements

• 1 year of experience inTesting- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
  
• Experience in functional regression and smoke/sanity testing
  
• Ability to write clear and structured test cases
  
• Solid understanding of the defect lifecycle
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Effective written and verbal communication
  
• Good time management skills
  
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn
