POSITION OVERVIEW

The Consultant Network Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the Consultants Network team. They manage all administration related tasks to external consultants including the maintenance of the database of new candidates and the conduct of onboarding activities. The incumbent will also assist in the execution of the practice resource plans as part of day-to-day project assignment tasks and support other initiatives to maximize efficiency and consultant engagement.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Assist in meeting the teams staffing requirements for delivery by processing screening and classifying new applications in the database for recruitment purposes.

  • Prepare and send all registration documents for new consultants and support other onboarding activities to ensure a successful probationary experience and transition to partner status.

  • Assist the team in maintaining and improving the content of the consultants resumes/profiles as well as the information captured on skills and experience in the sector.

  • Collaborate with the Consultant Network Management (CNM) analyst on initiatives to increase network data integrity.

  • Ensure and support the Project Assignment function in the execution of consultant practice resource plans.

  • Communicate practice consultants skills solutions and fit with segments and recommend new consultants to ensure they are quickly assigned to potential mandates.

  • Actively oversee and monitor the integration of new consultants into different practices and work with the RCMP and stakeholders to maximize their chances of success.

  • Master the technology that supports the RCMP and the consultants. Acquire the super user status for all systems needed to support the consultants.

  • Develop communications for the consultants network and assist in the evolution of the Zone webpage dedicated to them including the development of guides.

  • Participate in existing and new strategic initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness and commitment of the consultants network.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • College diploma in business administration humanities or other

  • Two years of experience in any field deemed relevant

Skills knowledge and competencies

  • Good ability to communicate in French and English both orally and in writing

  • Excellent ability to manage priorities and great attention to detail

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced continuously changing work environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with consulting professionals

  • Ability to create and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Customer service oriented and very good problem-solving skills

  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
