Warehouse Associate (Swing Shift) USA Parkway

Schedule:2nd Shift; Sunday-Wednesday 4pm - 2:30am
Location: USA Parkway

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately handling labeling consolidating picking and staging products within the warehouse. This role includes loading and unloading trucks verifying materials against order documents and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position also supports special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately consolidate cartons and materials from storage areas while meeting performance standards.
• Consolidate inbound and outbound freight from trailers and/or containers.
• Inspect product for damage and verify received materials against physical counts and documentation.
• Read decode and decipher product codes and data to expedite order fulfillment.
• Pick pull and place cartons or boxes on pallets or designated staging areas.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean organized workstation and return supplies and merchandise to proper locations.
• Clean work area at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times.
• Support labeling cleaning maintenance tasks and special projects as required.
• Stand and walk for the full duration of the workday.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 24 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting standing bending and rotating motions.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to pass all required background checks.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move throughout the warehouse to access product machinery and assist team members.
• Ability to lift and place cartons weighing up to 60 pounds onto pallets.
• Able to bend using legs at the knee to access product and equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information with team members and supervisors.
