The Mission: What Youll Be Doing

As our Regional EHS Manager you are the ultimate protector of our people and our planet. Youll be the Safety North Star for multiple facilities ensuring we remain the gold standard in the solid waste industry.

• Culture Architect:Youll drive a Safety First mindset across several sites. Youre a coach an influencer and they are not compliance officers.

• The Auditors Eye:Conduct high-level site inspections and audits. Youll identify risks before they become issues and turn weve always done it this way into were doing it the safest way.

• Incident Investigator:When things go sideways youre the lead detective. Youll perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions so we never make the same mistake twice.

• Regulatory Guru:Stay ahead of the curve on OSHA DOT and local regulations. You ensure our facilities are not just compliant but exemplary.

• Training Trailblazer:Develop and deliver engaging high-impact safety training programs that actually stick. No boring slide decks allowed!

What You Bring to the Table

We need a mix of technical expertise regulatory savvy and people person energy. Here is what were looking for in our next safety champion:

• The Experience:Youve spent57 yearsin the EHS field ideally within the industrial waste management or logistics sectors.

• The Credentials:Youve got the alphabet soup behind your nameCSP CHMM or ASPcertifications are highly preferred and show you know your stuff.

• The Knowledge Base:Youre a walking encyclopedia ofOSHA and EPA standards. If you also have experience withSolid Waste or DOT regulations youre already at the top of our list.

• The Communication Style:Youre a professional chameleon who can present safety metrics to the executive team and then hop into the shop to talk shop with a Diesel Mechanic five minutes later.

• The Education:A Bachelors degree inEnvironmental Engineering Occupational Health & Safety or a related science-heavy field.

• The Road Warrior Spirit:You arent a fan of being chained to a desk. Withup to 70% travel youre ready to hit the road and support our teams across the region.
