The Role & The Team

Reporting to the Head of Enabling TechnologyEnablement you will lead key enterprise platforms that help Airservices run smoothly and deliver critical services across the organisation.

You will shape platform strategy and roadmaps lead digitalisation and automation initiatives uplift data and analytics capability and ensure enterprise applications operate reliably securely and efficiently. This role partners closely with technology leaders executives and external vendors to deliver modern scalable and integrated platforms that enable business outcomes.

You will lead and develop a high-performing geographically dispersed team and play a key role in driving cultural change continuous improvement and new ways of working.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop a highperforming technology team fostering a positive inclusive and accountable culture
• Own and manage enterprise applications data and analytics platforms to ensure they are reliable and fit for purpose
• Shape and deliver platform strategies roadmaps upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive digitalisation and automation to simplify processes and improve business outcomes
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders as a trusted technology advisor
• Oversee vendor relationships and technology initiatives from selection through to delivery and operations
• Strengthen data and analytics capability to support a more datadriven organisation
• Ensure critical corporate systems operate reliably and meet service level expectations

About you:

You are a collaborative strategic technology leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys translating business needs into practical contemporary platform solutions.

The successful applicant will have:

Demonstrated leadership of large enterprise application data and analytics platforms

Experience managing technology portfolios budgets and vendors

Strong capability across ERP CRM integration and data platforms

Proven leadership of digitalisation and automation initiatives

Experience leading geographically dispersed teams

Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills
