Senior ServiceNow Analyst

Job Description:

ServiceNow Technical Consultant Governance Risk & Compliance (SecOps)

Job Summary

Design develop and maintain ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) applications

Implement and customize Vulnerability Response Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence modules

Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with security tools (e.g. scanners SIEM EDR SOAR platforms)

Build workflows Flow Designer logic business rules scripts UI policies and dashboards

Customize data models forms reports and performance analytics for security use cases

Automate risk scoring vulnerability prioritization and remediation workflows

Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs MID Server and data imports

Collaborate with security analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices performance standards and security controls

Support platform upgrades patching and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

3 years of ServiceNow development experience

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules

Strong scripting skills in JavaScript (Glide API Script Includes Business Rules)

Experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub and REST APIs

Understanding of cybersecurity concepts: vulnerabilities incidents threat intelligence CVSS risk scoring

Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools

Ability to work closely with security and IT teams in an agile environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

ServiceNow certifications (CSA CIS SecOps CAD)

Experience with GRC IR or VR implementations

Familiarity with security tools such as Qualys Tenable Rapid7 Splunk CrowdStrike or similar

Experience with Performance Analytics and custom dashboards

Knowledge of ITSM CMDB and asset management within ServiceNow
