Geisinger is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician for the department of Emergency Medicine at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital located in Lewistown Pennsylvania

Embedded multi-disciplinary team of care managers and clinical pharmacists in emergency departments to create a holistic streamlined process from triage to discharge.

Position Details:
- nterviews patients to obtain information such as symptoms medical histories and family testsas needed.
- Diagnose and design a plan of treatment for injuries and/or prescribeor maintains and reviews records that includepatientshistories examination findings treatment plans or outcomes.
