What Youll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for glass packaging to optimize cost quality and supply
• Lead supplier negotiations contract management and performance improvement initiatives
• Partner with manufacturing marketing and finance to support production new product launches and cost planning
• Analyze market trends supply/demand and pricing to inform procurement decisions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including value engineering inventory optimization and supplier collaboration

Required:

• Bachelors degree
• 7 years of experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical financial and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Hybrid work schedule from Louisville KY or Carrollton TX
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:

• Experience with packaging categories (glass metal or corrugated)
• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) food & beverage or manufacturing
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and inventory planning

The annual salary range for this role is $127953.09 - $191929.63. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal equity.
