Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a structured clinical setting. This role involves delivering direct patient care administering medications assisting providers and ensuring appropriate treatment and referrals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment professionalism and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with provider orders and established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures
- Assess and monitor patient conditions reporting any changes promptly
- Conduct patient evaluations for illness or injury and coordinate appropriate care or referrals
- Prepare exam rooms equipment and patient lists for clinical visits
- Manage medication distribution and documentation (including pill call)
- Perform emergency procedures and notify providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Supervise and guide LPNs and unlicensed staff
- Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare providers
- Support care coordination and ensure appropriate use of medical services
Required Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma ADN or BSN)
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Valid drivers license
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Experience in medication administration and patient care coordination
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory standards
