We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a structured clinical setting. This role involves delivering direct patient care administering medications assisting providers and ensuring appropriate treatment and referrals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment professionalism and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with provider orders and established protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures
Assess and monitor patient conditions reporting any changes promptly
Conduct patient evaluations for illness or injury and coordinate appropriate care or referrals
Prepare exam rooms equipment and patient lists for clinical visits
Manage medication distribution and documentation (including pill call)
Perform emergency procedures and notify providers as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Supervise and guide LPNs and unlicensed staff
Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare providers
Support care coordination and ensure appropriate use of medical services
Required Education
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma ADN or BSN)
Required Certifications & Licensure
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
Valid drivers license
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Experience in medication administration and patient care coordination
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory standards
