About the Role:

Circular Services is looking for a Class A CDL driver operating primarily tractor trailers. The successful candidate must be self-motivated a self-starter and take driver responsibility very seriously. There is growth potential with this position.

• Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as all local state and federal laws
• Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections and document utilizing the standard DVR
• Deliver quality customer service and interaction at the utmost professional level
• Record and maintain daily customer delivery tickets
• Communicate customer requests and/or service interruptions to Operations staff
• Forklift operations are required

Qualifications:

• A valid Class A or B Commercial Drivers License
• Must be 21 years of age
• At least three (3) years of experience driving commercial routes preferably in the recycling or waste management industry.
• Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen physical and 7-year background check which will include previous employment check criminal history and motor vehicle review
• Must be able to verify and maintain accurate daily records
• Strong customer service skills
• Be able tolift upto 65 lbs. and push/pull 200 lb. recycling containers

Working Conditions:

• Regularly use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms
• Frequently required to sit walk stand climb balance stoop squat kneel crawl speak and hear.
• Must be able tolift upto 65 lbs. and push/pull 200 lb. recycling containers
• Vision abilities include close distance color and peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
