Global Product Marketing

The Position
As the Go to Market Manager you own the relationship between Merchandising and Marketing to plan and communicate key product stories to the end consumer. You drive our global Commercial Plan and associated looks and assortments to direct the buy and enable best-in-class product storytelling.
Responsibilities
Leverage consumer insights trend analysis search data product knowledge and industry best practice to lead the evolution of the Commercial Plan for maximum consumer impact and relevance
Maximize marketing relevance by sharing insights and collaborating cross-functionally to influence the full product life cycle and impact merchandizing decisions
Dive commercial content efficiency through the creation of strong assortments and consumer-relevant key looks at sell-in
Lead strategic seasonal buy analysis to ensure commerciality and impact of product storytelling and campaigns
Be the face of Product Marketing to global merchandising and regional buying teams closing the communications loop by sharing marketing strategies concepts and rollout plans
Be a driving force of operational improvements and efficiencies
About You
5-7 years experience in a global go-to-market merchandizing or product marketing role
Strong understanding of market trends consumer behavior and go-to-market strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and insights into effective merchandising decisions. Adept with all associated programs
Able to liaise closely and cross-functionally across all levels of the organization with confidence and credibility
Outstanding communicator able to define and clearly articulate vision and strategy from associate base to boardroom
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Native-level proficiency in English is required
